I started conducting competitive audits and looking into the web portfolios of my online peers and classmates for inspiration.
Insights
I noticed a common theme and saw that many portfolio sites included simple layouts, brand logos, and navigation, with links to previous work experiences. A readable font and heading hierarchy were equally important.
Wireframes
After researching was completed, I started ideating, sketching user flows, and wireframes.
Insights
When designing my wireframes, I created individual pages where I could showcase my current and previous bodies of creative content. I also decided to include my social media links in the site footer, so users could dive deeper into older bodies of creative work.
Low Fidelity Prototype
The next step was to test my design's functionality by first developing a lofi mobile prototype.

Insights
Once initial testing was completed, I focused on content development and the visual aspects of my layout before I went into the final prototype phase.
